I’m used to practice sports and workout in the gym, but did not know what is safest and best to do during my pregnancy.
Juan did help me to have a routine that will adapt to the different phases and moments during the pregnancy and that will fit in my schedule. It did also create a commitment and helped me to keep moving even on the lazy days.
He is very responsive to the feedback so the workouts will be always on point and kept it always fresh. I am quite proud I can easily do some exercises like deadlift even in month 8 of pregnancy feeling safe and without going down on weights.
